TOP-100. Magazine: Ratings of the Largest and the business portal Delo.ua published the ranking of the 100 best employers in Ukraine for 2026 and determined the TOP-50 HRDs of leading Ukrainian companies. According to the results, Farmak HR Director Viktoriia Kondrashykhina was named among the country’s top HR leaders, while Farmak took 4th place among Ukraine’s best employers. The company also received a special award in the “Youth Employment Leader” nomination.
The award ceremony took place on July 8 during the annual HR Wisdom Summit conference. This year, nearly 200 companies participated in the best employers ranking, and over 100 professionals from various economic sectors competed for the title of best HR director.
Farmak’s recognition is the result of systematic employee care and creating an environment where team members can grow professionally, develop their potential, and build careers. The company invests in working with young specialists through internships and partnerships, while its comprehensive Wellbeing program supports the physical, psychological, professional, social, and financial well-being of the team.
Under the leadership of Viktoriia Kondrashykhina, Farmak has established a modern HR function, implemented a transparent grade-based remuneration system, and built an effective talent development framework. Today, up to 70% of managerial vacancies within the company are filled by internal candidates, and the average employee tenure is 9 years. Even amidst full-scale war, Farmak maintains a high level of employee engagement and loyalty, confirming the effectiveness of its long-term team development strategy.
The ranking was compiled in several stages. The editorial board of TOP-100. Magazine: Ratings of the Largest formed a longlist of companies leading key economic sectors and employers with a proactive stance in the labor market. Following an open online vote on Delo.ua, the final decision was made by an independent expert jury. The evaluation considered corporate training, youth development programs, social packages, employee well-being, HR process automation, innovative HR practices, reward and compensation systems, corporate culture, internal communications, as well as support for mobilized workers and veteran reintegration programs.
The list of Ukraine’s best employers also included Kernel, DTEK, Kyivstar, Naftogaz Group, PrivatBank, Metinvest, McDonald’s in Ukraine, and others.
